Madison Berkely have partnered with an established and independent property asset management firm to conduct a search for an Associate Director to join their London team. Originally formed almost a decade ago, the business has evolved under the ownership of two senior directors. Since becoming independently owned, it has grown into a respected name in the industry.

The company was built to bring together a team of leading specialists with the experience and knowledge to deliver the highest quality property asset management services across the UK. The firm has made significant investments in technology and operational systems to ensure best-in-class reporting, compliance, and service delivery supporting strategic client objectives efficiently and professionally.

This is an Associate Director position & CRM role managing a portfolio that is primarily focused on Central London office assets, with exposure to retail.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take a lead CRM role, actively managing key client instructions, properties, and portfolios.
  • Develop asset-level business plans and initiatives that drive performance and value creation.
  • Oversee and support junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
  • Play a key role in delivering business plan objectives, including fee generation, cash collection, and new business development.
  • Build strong relationships and identify opportunities to offer additional services across ESG, compliance, and marketing.
