I have partnered with a London-based medium-sized Real Estate consultancy. They are looking to make an Associate Director level hire in their Commercial Property Management team.

They are a growing, dynamic business coming off the back of a beneficial period of change. This change has resulted in the winning of two high-profile London instructions with a mix of office, retail, and industrial properties.

My client has specialised in Real Estate consultancy for over 8 decades. The Commercial Property Management team manages approximately £2 billion of assets nationwide.

You will lead teams of Surveyors and act as the client lead on a London-based, mixed-asset class portfolio, predominantly office-based.

They are renowned for offering a collaborative working environment, and they are keen to welcome individuals with a desire to effect change and become future Directors within the business.

This position is suitable for a Senior Surveyor seeking a more senior role or an Associate Director looking for a more inclusive, flexible working environment.

Their flexible working policy includes 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

The salary is up to £66,000, inclusive of a car allowance and a generous benefits package.

Recently, they have placed two Associate Directors at this client, both now at Director level, reflecting the excellent progression opportunities offered.
