Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Utilise existing network and cultivate new relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading to the expansion of the client base and revenue streams.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Take an active role in mentoring and developing consultants at all levels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, policy developments, and emerging issues relevant to our clients, leveraging insights to develop thought leadership content and enhance the company´s reputation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient and effective management of projects, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Politics or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.
  • Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage an extensive network of contacts across government and industry to generate new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Leadership Skills: leadership abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach, capable of motivating and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-driven mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities and innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive impactful results for clients and the firm.
