About you

You will have:

• An established market reputation within deals, Corporate Finance, debt advisory, or leveraged market finance with proven success in building strong client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Strong business development capability with a significant portable book of business or proven experience generating work - evidence of market presence and growth potential is favoured more than a specific financial requirement.
• A genuine entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping to scale and shape a growing, high potential finance practice.
• Ability to work across borders collaborating with clients, investors, lenders and colleagues on a global scale with exposure to cross-border transactions and global stakeholder management being highly advantageous.
