Job summary

IPS Group Limited is seeking an ambitious Associate Partner (Partner Designate) to drive growth within the practice and lead key client relationships in Otley. The role targets ACA/ACCA-qualified accountants with strong advisory capabilities and a track record of growing client portfolios.

You will oversee accounts, tax compliance, and business advisory services while leading and developing teams. A forward-thinking, technology-enabled approach is essential for progression to Partner.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong accountancy practice background with proven client relationship experience.
• Technically strong across accounts, tax and advisory.
• Commercially minded with experience of developing and growing client portfolios.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Forward-thinking approach to technology and modern accountancy.

Responsibilities

A modern, forward-thinking accountancy firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Partner (Partner Designate) to play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant currently operating at Senior Manager/Associate Director level who is looking for a genuine route to Partner.

The Role

• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted senior adviser.
