The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong post-qualification experience, capable of guiding senior staff, and driving growth while maintaining high technical standards.

Associate Director

A well-established and forward-thinking general practice accountancy firm based in Holmfirth is looking to appoint an Associate Director as part of its continued growth.

This is a truly independent firm, with the owners firmly committed to maintaining its independence and continuing to build the business for the long term. This creates an environment where senior individuals can have genuine influence over the direction and future of the practice.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career.

This would suit an experienced Senior Manager, Associate Director or ambitious Client Manager looking for a clear route into Partnership within an independent firm where ownership, autonomy and long-term relationships genuinely matter.

The Role

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to take on greater responsibility.
