• Commercially-driven leader with strong regulatory knowledge for crop protection and chemical products.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into strategic client solutions.
• Experience in business development and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team.
• Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery and market engagement.
• As a senior ‘seller/doer’, personally win project work annually with support from peers, account directors and technical experts.
• Be client facing, with a proven track record of developing Key Client relationships to meet business development needs.
• Design and direct large projects and multi-person project teams; ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Provide people leadership – lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure high quality of work.
• Actively promote and cross-sell ERM’s diverse service areas to drive broader client impact.
• Leverage ERM’s global network, working with offices across EMEA and other regions for integrated solutions.
