Job summary

ERM seeks a Partner in Sustainable Product & Supply Chain to lead business development and client engagements in crop protection and chemicals, translating complex regulatory requirements into strategic solutions. The role focuses on expanding ERM's services across sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders worldwide.

Experience in EU/GB REACH, TSCA, FIFRA, and related frameworks is valued; global partnership with equity

Qualifications

Commercially driven leader with strong regulatory understanding.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into strategic client solutions.
Experience growing services in crop protection and chemicals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team.
Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery.
Personally win project work annually with support from peers and technical experts.
Be client facing with a track record of developing Key Client relationships.
Design and direct large projects and multi-person teams with defined scope and budget.
Provide people leadership and mentor consultants to maintain quality.
Cross-sell ERM’s service areas to broaden client impact.
