TSR Legal, a Top 100 national law firm, seeks a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its Cardiff practice. You will advise on high-value, complex transactions across M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructures, with the freedom to lead and grow the corporate offering in Cardiff.
