Job summary

xpate is building the financial backbone for compliant partnerships across ICT providers, AI vendors, banking partners, and more. This role focuses on the framework behind onboarding, the required paperwork, and the conversations that move deals over the line.

You will own partner compliance programs, lead hands-on onboarding, and collaborate with risk, legal and sales to keep processes moving. Fluent English and a structured approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance, onboarding, partnerships or risk in payments or banking.
• Experience with AML/KYC frameworks, policies and due diligence.
• Ability to run multiple onboardings simultaneously.
• Comfort switching between different regulatory contexts.
• Precise writing for partner compliance officers and sales.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Structured and proactive, with tracker-building.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the partner compliance framework across a mixed partner base.
• Lead onboarding hands-on, onto partner platforms and client onboarding onto partners.
• Collect, prepare and submit onboarding documentation, questionnaires and procedures.
• Be the main point of contact for compliance conversations with partners.
• Work across business, risk and legal to keep onboarding moving.
• Identify misalignments and propose workable solutions.
• Track progress, timelines and dependencies for launches.
• Build, improve and document onboarding and compliance processes.
