Job summary

Nova Founders Capital seeks an experienced or aspiring Partner for its Search Funds. You will have the chance to acquire or start new companies to expand our portfolio, or become Partner of an existing company within our holdings.

You will join an ambitious network and work with a dedicated Board of Directors who have started, acquired, built and exited multiple companies. The role offers equity upside (10-20%) and a base salary up to £80K GBP, reflecting both growth and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with top-tier academics.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• 3–7 years at top-tier consulting, investment bank, startup, or company.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own business within the portfolio.
• Recruit and develop an exceptional team.
• Define and execute strategies to drive results.
• Own P&L and day-to-day operations.
