Job summary

Nova Founders Capital is seeking an experienced or aspiring Associate for their Search Funds to acquire or start companies and expand our portfolio. You will join an ambitious network and work with a dedicated Board of Directors and CEOs that have built, bought, and exited multiple ventures.

You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building teams, and leading strategic initiatives across portfolio companies, with strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and continuous learning in

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor or master degree with excellent results.
• Top-tier academics; MBA is a plus.
• 3–7 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, startup or company.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.

Nova Founders Capital are searching for experienced or aspiring Associate for their Search Funds. You will get the unique opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our existing portfolio, or become Associateof an existing company within our portfolio.

You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members and CEOs that have started, acquired, built and exited various companies.

Your Responsibilities

As Associate, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. Specific tasks vary to the specific stage and company, and will include:
