Job summary

Practicus partners with a respected independent corporate finance advisory firm to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Partner in the UK. This role offers genuine autonomy to build your own practice, influence strategy and potentially join the firm’s leadership, with an OTE of £300k+ including a basic salary and uncapped bonus plus medium-term equity potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating and completing UK mid-market transactions.
• Experience advising entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses.
• Strong network of business owners, introducers, PE investors and lenders.
• Excellent commercial judgement and relationship building skills.
• Ability to lead transactions from origination through to completion.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others.
