Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Salaried Partner for an independent Guildford-area accountancy practice. You will oversee complex client accounts, guide strategic growth, develop new business and ensure smooth practice operations.

The role requires a 10–15 year track record in accountancy, team leadership and ACA/ACCA qualifications. Hybrid working and a pathway to equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise and 10-15 years' experience working for an accountancy practice.
• Experience managing a team and advising clients.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to identify and seize business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director with the smooth running of the firm.
• Attend business development events and actively taking part in attracting new clients to the firm.

Our exclusive client is an independent accountancy practice in the Guildford area. They are a 1 Partner firm and circa 15 staff. Based from a pleasant, rural office setting, they are poised for their next phase of growth.

A Successful Partner Should Have

Job Offer
