Job summary

Lancashire County Council's Children’s Services Support Hub (CSSH) / MASH is seeking a Participation & Feedback Officer to ensure children, young people, and families have their voices heard after contact with the service.

You will collect and analyse feedback, identify themes and opportunities, and present findings to support service improvement, promoting participation and co-production across the team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyse feedback and identify themes for service improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with children, young people, and families to gather feedback on experiences.
  • Create safe, accessible opportunities for sharing views.
  • Capture and analyse feedback to identify themes and improvement areas.
  • Present findings and recommendations to support service development.
  • Champion participation and co-production across the service.
  • Collaborate with managers and practitioners to translate feedback into action.
  • Promote the voice of service users in service planning.
