Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated Participation & Feedback Officer for the Children’s Services Support Hub (CSSH) / MASH. You will gather feedback from children, young people and families about their experiences with the service, and ensure their voices shape how support is delivered.

You will analyze conversations, identify themes, and present recommendations to guide service improvements and learning across the team.

• Experience in gathering feedback from children, young people and families.

• Engage directly with children, young people and families to gather feedback on their experiences with the service.
• Create safe, inclusive, and accessible opportunities for children and families to share their views.
• Capture and analyse feedback, identifying themes, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to support service development and continuous improvement.
• Promote the voice of children, young people, and families throughout the service.
• Support the development of a reflective and learning culture within the service.
• Work collaboratively with managers and practitioners to ensure feedback translates into meaningful service improvements.
