Job summary

BelleVie Care in High Wycombe is hiring a Wellbeing Support Worker on a part-time basis. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' homes and communities, with shifts including mornings and evenings. A car and valid UK driving licence are required.

We offer full training, paid full shifts, mileage, and a Real Living Wage, plus opportunities for progression and NVQ training. You’ll join a supportive local team dedicated to helping people live their best lives at home.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Must have compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community.
• Car and valid driving licence are required.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Live within approx. 5–10 miles of High Wycombe team.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellbeing support and personal care in clients' homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities and accompany clients to appointments.
• Support clients to maintain independence and participate in activities.
