Job summary

BelleVie Care seeks a Wellbeing Support Worker in Kidlington for part-time shifts. You will support clients at home with personal care, companionship and daily activities, including driving to appointments and local tasks. No prior care experience is required; full training is provided.

You must have a car and a valid driving licence, and be eligible to work in the UK. Real living wage pay, mileage allowance, and opportunities for training and progression are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Car and valid driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Live within 5–10 miles of Kidlington team.
• Availability for 5-hour shifts and alternate weekends.
• Part-time role available.

Responsibilities

• Provide domiciliary support at clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, companionship and daily tasks.
• Support clients with appointments, shopping and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients between visits and to activities when needed.
• Your role is to help people live well at home with compassion.
