Job summary

Brosco Services is seeking a reliable Welfare Cleaner to join our team on a busy construction site. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across welfare facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe and presentable for all site staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning toilets, canteens, kitchens and changing areas, restocking supplies, and reporting health and safety issues. A construction site background is advantageous and PPE must be worn at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially on a construction site.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.
• Construction/site experience is advantageous.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and sanitise high-touch areas.
• Restock toilet rolls, hand soap and other welfare supplies.
• Sweep, mop and perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain high hygiene standards across the site.
• Report any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety issues.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Welfare Cleaners to join our team on a busy construction site. As a Welfare Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site welfare facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe and presentable for all site staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, kitchens and changing areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning and sanitising high-touch areas
• Restocking toilet rolls, hand soap and other welfare supplies
• Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the site
• Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety issues
• Following all site health and safety procedures
