Job summary

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting part-time Operations Processors / Warehouse Operatives in Southampton, Stoke Park area, for a worldwide parcel logistics leader. You’ll handle secure shipments, scan and sort items, and load vehicles with care and speed.

The role offers a set shift pattern (Mon–Fri 16:00–20:00, sometimes 21:00), base pay £13.02 per hour with premiums for evenings and weekends, and ongoing consultant support.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Loading and Unloading Vehicles
• Scan/process shipments
• Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Manual lifting of shipments is required.
• Some heavy lifting is involved
• Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after the end of the shift
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required
• Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata
• Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant
