Job summary

Henry Schein UK is seeking an Operations Assistant for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1pm–7pm. You will handle warehousing duties including receiving, locating, replenishing, picking, packing and despatching goods, and processing customer orders and returns.

You will participate in stock counts, ensure accurate location reporting, and maintain health and safety standards, with the option to support other duties across the Operations Department as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy essential for core duties.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound deliveries and record PO details.
• Unpack, check, and place goods in correct locations.
• Complete stock replenishments and report stock movement accurately.
• Carry out cyclical stock counts as directed.
• Pick customer orders and securely pack with correct labels.
• Perform 100% checks on picked orders.
• Process customer returns as per instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and health & safety standards.
• Cover other duties within the Operations Department as needed.
