Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant for a 30-hour, Monday-to-Friday role (1pm–7pm) in our UK warehouse. You will handle receiving, locating, replenishing, picking, packing and despatch of goods, and ensure accurate processing of customer orders and returns.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain stock accuracy, and support health and safety standards. Experience with reach trucks or order picker certification is desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries and log PO details.
• Unpack and locate received goods in correct warehouse locations.
• Carry out stock replenishments and maintain location accuracy.
• Perform cyclical stock counts as directed.
• Pick and pack customer orders with accurate labeling and packaging.
• Ensure 100% checks on picked orders.
• Process customer returns according to written instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards as instructed.
• Support other duties within Operations Department as needed.
