Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Cleaner for its Service Centre to maintain warehouse cleanliness according to SOPs, with training on GDP and annual refreshers. The role requires adherence to the cleaning schedule, health & safety standards, and timely reporting of issues. This is a part-time Sunday shift from 09:00 to 13:00.

Experience in facilities maintenance or warehouse cleaning is desirable, and the role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and reliability within the facility team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of the warehouse following the specified cleaning schedule
• To ensure that all calls requesting a cleaner are responded to in an efficient manner
• To ensure that the cleaning stations all contain clean mops and clean water
• To ensure that the compactors are emptied in accordance with the manufacturers recommended guidelines
• Compactor area to be cleaned at the end of the shift
• All cardboard cages to be emptied and returned to their place within the warehouse
• Identify and report any failures to follow or complete the cleaning schedule and elevate to the attention of the Duty Manager
• To ensure that the cleaning schedule is signed off by the Duty manager or Supervisor at the end of each shift
• Identify and report any equipment failures to the Duty Manager
• Adhere to all aspects of Health & Safety at all times
• Any other reasonable task requested by management
