You will follow established procedures, report issues promptly and work both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or cleaning is beneficial.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures and checklists.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and checklists to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain logs and records for traceability and compliance.
• Verify completed work and correct any issues.
• Escalate non-standard issues with clear information.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties to company standards.
