Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Theatre Data Quality Manager on a part-time basis to oversee the management, validation, analysis and reporting of theatre clinical and operational data.

The role involves maintaining data accuracy, supporting governance requirements and contributing to service planning, with collaboration across Theatre Manager, Clinical Leads and BI teams.

Qualifications

• Part-time role (15 hours per week) over two days.

Responsibilities

• Support management, validation, analysis and reporting of theatre clinical and operational data.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support theatre performance and decision-making.
• Validate activity data and maintain theatre templates and scheduling information.
• Assist with 642 process updates and collaborate with Theatre Manager, Clinical Leads, BI, Workforce and Operational Teams.
• Identify data quality issues and support audits and governance reporting.
