Powerleague in London is seeking part-time Team Members to deliver unbeatable experiences at our leading 5-a-side football venues. If you love sport, enjoy working with people and thrive in an active environment, we want to hear from you.

You'll welcome players, support events and league activities, and help run bookings while keeping the venue welcoming and safe for everyone.

Qualifications

• People-focused with excellent communication.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and energetic.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings or weekends.
• Team player who cares about making a difference.
• Customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
• Support match nights, social events and club activities.
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised.
• Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Bring to the Squad:

• A people- person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential
• And let’s face it — you’ve got apassion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
