Powerleague is seeking friendly, energetic and reliable Team Members to help deliver unbeatable experiences at one of the UK’s leading 5-a-side football venues. You’ll greet players, support match nights, and ensure a welcoming, safe and well-organised venue.

We value enthusiasm, great communication, and a passion for sport. Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is ideal for this role in our busy league and events calendar.

Qualifications

• A people-person with great communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential.
• Passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.

Responsabilités

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
• Support match nights, social events and club activities.
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised.
• Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
