Powerleague is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to help deliver unbeatable experiences at one of the UK’s leading 5-a-side football venues. If you’re passionate about sport and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.

You’ll welcome players, help run leagues, support events, and keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends is helpful.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sport, energy and community spirit.

• Support match nights, social events and club activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
• Support match nights, social events and club activities
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised
• Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Bring to the Squad:

• A people-person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential
• And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
