Powerleague is hiring Team Members to join our energetic venues across the UK. You will greet guests, assist with bookings and help run leagues, bar and reception duties. A friendly, can-do attitude and reliability are essential for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and reliable team members sought to deliver great guest experiences.
• Able to engage with players, visitors and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across reception, bar and pitch-side areas.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
• Support match nights, social events and club activities.
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch-side.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised.
• Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
