Ryhall CE Academy is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing team. The successful candidate will support pupils who benefit from highly individualised learning, social development and emotional regulation, while assisting the teacher with pupil education and Quality First Teaching.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, approachable and committed to inclusion, who can build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff and contribute to the wider life

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pupils in learning environments.
• Assist the teacher with implementing pupil education and Teaching for Quality First.
• Help pupils engage with learning, develop confidence and progress.
