Job summary

Ark Ayrton Primary Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils, parents and teachers, helping to create a supportive learning environment where children make good academic progress.

You will be instrumental in providing every student with a great education and real choices in life, with a focus on building positive relationships and routines that promote good behaviour and engagement in learning.

• Have experience of establishing successful learning relationships with a variety of pupils
• Have a helpful, positive, calm and caring nature
• Have genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil
• Be able to understand and implement particular strategies and methods to help pupils to improve their learning and enjoyment of learning
• Be able to help implement the necessary routines and patterns to establish good behaviour management within the school
