Job summary

New Directions Group are seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher for a part-time, long-term role in Ellesmere Port. The position involves delivering creative EYFS lessons, building a nurturing classroom, and supporting pupils’ early development until the end of the academic year.

You will work 3 days per week with a supportive school team, ensuring high standards of learning and behaviour while collaborating closely with teaching assistants, parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• EYFS experience and strong classroom management are essential.
• Clear communication with parents and colleagues is important.
• Proven ability to support early years development within EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Teach in an EYFS setting with engaging and creative lessons.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports development.

The Role

• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
