Dalesview Partnership Ltd is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire. You will join a team delivering person-centred care to adults with learning and physical disabilities, with shifts across days and evenings. DBS check is required, and a full driving licence is preferred to support community activities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable or be willing to work towards the relevant QCF qualification.
• DBS check is required.
• A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to adult residents with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
• Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Help service users access the local community and participate in activities.
