Job summary

Active Care Group seeks a part-time Support Worker for a male client with a spinal cord injury in Longbridge, South Birmingham. Morning or evening shifts, weekends, and double-ups provide flexibility to fit around your life and the client’s needs.

You’ll receive specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from clinical and leadership teams. A genuine, person-centred approach is essential to empower the client at home.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with the client and team.
• A driving licence and own transport due to shift times.

He maintains strong relationships with his family and greatly enjoys spending time with them, both at home and during outings. Family connection plays an important role in his overall wellbeing.He is an enthusiastic Aston Villa supporter and enjoys following football. In his leisure time, he likes watching films and listening to music, which provide relaxation and enjoyment.
