Job summary

Bield Housing and Care is hiring a Support Worker for our Castlebrae Glebe service on-site. This part-time role pays £13.66–£14.07 per hour and involves assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and delivering compassionate care to service users.

The role requires good communication, ability to work lone shifts, and strong organisational skills. An SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake it is required, with SSSC registration within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work on a lone basis.
• Strong time-keeping, time management and organisational skills.
• Hold SVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to undertake this qualification.
• Must obtain SSSC registration within 6 months of appointment.

Responsibilities
