Job summary

• Full induction and training will be provided.
• Six months from start date to register with the SSSC; apply within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to older people within a care home setting.
• Promote residents’ dignity, rights, choices, independence and wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues and other professionals.
• Work as part of a team and participate in ongoing learning and development.
• Rotational shift system including weekend work.
