Bethphage in Shrewsbury is seeking a reliable Part-time Support Worker to provide person-centred care in the home and community. The role offers up to 16 hours per week, typically two hours daily between 11am and 1pm, with one 4-hour shift once weekly to meet the service user's needs.
You will help with daily living tasks such as shopping, banking, cleaning, health and nutrition choices, promoting independence, and enabling access to community activities.

Part-time Support Worker

Working pattern, typically 2 hours per day between 11am-1pm. One day per week will require a 4-hour shift to accommodate the individual’s needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a parent whose children are in school, as these hours are within school time. We are will to be flexible around school holidays and also willing to consider reducing the contract if someone would like to work Monday-Friday.
Joining bonus £200 (T&C's £50 on completion of onboarding, £150 on completion of 6 months probation)
