Job summary

North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living in Settle is seeking a Support Assistant/Helper to assist an autistic gentleman for 2 hours per week, with potential to increase to 4 hours. Tasks include batch cooking, cleaning, paperwork, life administration, shopping and phone calls. This is an on-site, permanent role.

You do not need to drive; local residence is helpful. Requirements: patience, friendly, reliable, and experience with autism. No caregiving duties; a DBS check is required.
