Job summary

Nycil is seeking a Personal Support Assistant to support an autistic gentleman with 2 hours of weekly assistance, ideally on Monday afternoons, with scope to increase to 4 hours later.

Duties include batch cooking, cleaning and other domestic tasks, helping with paperwork, life administration, shopping and occasional phone calls. The assistant should live locally to the BD postcode, be patient and reliable, have experience with autism, and be prepared to complete a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Patient and reliable; experience with autism.
• Able to communicate clearly and calmly with the client.
• DBS check required before starting.

Responsibilities
