Job summary

James Hall & Co. Ltd. SPAR Bedlington is seeking a Supervisor to help run the store and lead a small team.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, health and safety, and daily operations, including covering for the Store Manager when needed and maintaining store standards. Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or team leadership.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and safety standards.
• Flexible with hours and capable of standing in for a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Ensure store standards, including health and safety and food hygiene, are maintained.
• Update and maintain store audits and administrative procedures.
