Job summary

James Hall & Co. Ltd. operates SPAR stores and is looking for a Supervisor to lead a team during the evening shift. You will support the Store Manager, drive customer service excellence, and uphold health and safety standards across the store.

The role is 25 hours per week, evenings 14:30 - 22:45, in a temporary/part-time capacity. You will be responsible for team motivation, store audits, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a store team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to step in for manager during absence and maintain store standards.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain store standards including health & safety and food hygiene; update audits and procedures.
