Job summary

Smiggle UK & ROI at Lakeside is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Store Manager on team development, daily briefings, stock control and VM standards, providing a fun, engaging guest experience while upholding brand KPIs. This is a permanent, part-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead induction of new Sales Assistant team members.
• Support the Store Manager to develop the team and improve performance.
• Develop sales skills, product knowledge and motivation to meet targets and KPIs.
• Hold daily briefings, communicate targets, and cover in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead by example to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising briefs meet brand standards.
• Assist with stock control, stocktakes and daily line counts.
