Job summary

ARNE in Liverpool is seeking a customer-focused team member for a part-time position (16 hours per week) to welcome shoppers, share ARNE’s story and deliver the high standard of service our brand stands for. You will help open/close, manage stock, support visual merchandising and contribute to sales goals while mentoring new colleagues.

A keen interest in fashion and the ability to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, especially in supervisory or keyholder roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest in fashion and retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and readiness.
• Assist in daily operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage shoppers.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Help train and mentor new team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
