Job summary

IKEA Belfast is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to join the Replenishment Team to ensure product availability across ranges from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes. This role requires comfortable manual handling and accurate stock management.

You will work part‑time (18 hours) with 4am–10am shifts, including 2 out of 3 weekends, handling items from heavy stock to packing orders while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be comfortable with extensive manual handling.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload swiftly with attention to detail.
• Experience using technical equipment to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Be prepared to act on your own initiative and to participate in team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of heavy stock and replenishing goods with accuracy.
• Picking and packing customer orders and keeping stock records.
• Operate around heavy machinery (Forklift trucks) to move heavy goods safely.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for customers and co-workers.
