Job summary

IKEA Nottingham is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant to join our nightshift fulfilment team. You will replenish shelves, count stock, and handle heavy loads in a fast-paced environment, with safety as a priority.

Hours are 2am–9am, 16 or 24 hours weekly; pay starts at £13.45 per hour plus £2.25 night premium. Mandatory medical questionnaire applies due to nightshift work. 18+ and health & safety rules apply.

Job description

IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant's to join our hard-working fulfilment team on nightshift.

A replenishment co-worker at IKEA is basically a shelf-stocking ninja—swooping in before sunrise to make sure the store is fully stocked ready for our customers to shop.

Health & safety regulations for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date of employment will be: 11th October 2026
• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour. Plus an additional £2.25ph for nightshift hours worked between 10pm and 6am.
• 16 hours weekly, working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• 24 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• Working hours are between 2am to 9am.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

Some shifts for this role will start at **am. Please be aware that links to the store by public transport may be infrequent. If you will be using public transport to get to the store we ask you to consider your transport route before you apply.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
• Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate productively in group efforts.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Replenishing all our IKEA departments, including the warehouse.
• Inventory & counting stock to support customer demand.
• Manual handling of heavy stock safely.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
