Job summary

IKEA Belfast is seeking Warehouse Assistants to join our Fulfilment team. You will help ensure products from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes are available for customers, with extensive manual handling. This role offers various contracts and shifts, including weekends.

Starting at the beginning of October 2026, the role pays £13.45 per hour. You will be involved in order picking, customer-facing tasks in the warehouse, and general loading duties, with opportunities for progression and

Qualifications

• Prev warehouse experience beneficial but not essential.
• Enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
• Ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with manual handling and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for online and in-store collection or delivery.
• Support customers in the self-service area and stock organization.
• Load products onto vans and perform general warehouse duties.
• Work with heavy machinery (forklifts, pump trucks) when needed.
