MONCLER London flagship on New Bond Street is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller (24 hours per week) to join our team. You will monitor and maintain accurate stock inventory levels and ensure processes are followed to keep products available for clients.

In this role you will organise the stockroom, oversee stock rotations and arrivals, and support the sales team with timely stock information, while upholding Moncler's standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems; experience in fashion luxury/retail is a plus.
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Methodical approach with good attention to detail.
• UK driving license is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warehouse operations to ensure products are available for Clients in a timely manner.
• Organise and maintain stockroom; monitor rotations, new arrivals and changes to assist Sales team.
• Participate in operative activities to ensure store efficiency.
• Deal with stock replenishment and stock activities, including cyclic counts and inventories.
• Ensure counts are conducted regularly and discrepancies are reported to line manager.
• Support colleagues with administrative activities and ensure company policies are followed.
