University of Cambridge is seeking a Staff Counsellor for 18.5 hours per week on a temporary two-year secondment. The role operates within a hybrid model, requiring physical presence at the Counselling Centre for at least two days per week to meet service needs.

The successful candidate will be accredited with BACP/UKCP/BABCP/BPC credentials (or equivalent) and experienced in handling workplace and personal issues, with a capacity to deliver brief interventions and manage a caseload.

Qualificações

• Accredited counsellor or psychotherapist with experience in workplace and personal issues.
• Proven ability to deliver brief therapeutic interventions and manage a caseload.
• Familiarity with professional ethics and accreditation standards (BACP/UKCP/BABCP/BPC).

Responsabilidades

• Provide counselling services within the University Staff Counselling Centre.
• Work in a hybrid model, attending the Centre at least two days per week.
• Support a diverse client base and collaborate with a team of professionals.
