Job summary

Palladian Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Speech and Language) to support children across its Wiltshire primary schools. This role focuses on helping pupils access learning and develop communication skills under supervision.

You will work with teachers, SENDCos and SLT to deliver targeted interventions, contributing to an inclusive, collaborative learning environment. Term-time position with a fixed end date.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 qualification, or relevant experience.
• Experience working with primary-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Support children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs to access learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENDCos, Speech and Language Therapists and HLTA to provide targeted interventions.
