Job summary

HUBER Technology is seeking a part-time Spares & After Sales Co-ordinator to join our Regional Team in Dundee. The role blends administration with customer-facing activities, supporting the After Sales business and coordinating with the Field Manager and team.

You'll handle enquiries, quotations, invoicing and aftercare for HUBER parts, using ERP software, with a strong emphasis on organisation and communication. Commutable to Dundee, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and expedite orders relating to existing and new spares promptly.
• Follow up quotations pro-actively.
• Offer support to customers on all spares enquiries.
• Ensure aftercare for HUBER parts.
• Invoice customers promptly in relation to their orders.
• Assist with follow up surveys. Develop and maintain recommended spares templates.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Field Manager and the team.
